What Sieve can import
Sieve accepts structured CSV, QIF, OFX and QFX transaction exports. It does not read PDF statements, screenshots, scans or photographs.
What to include
Tell us which version of macOS you use, the export format and what you expected to happen. If an error appeared, include its exact wording or a screenshot of the error.
Please do not email bank statements or transaction files.A description of the problem is usually enough to begin. We will agree a safer next step if an example file is genuinely needed.
